Sarmaya Capital Investment Strategy
Sarmaya invests in value-add and opportunistic, income producing multi-family properties with substantial capital growth potential. We create value through our extensive pipeline of “off-market” deal flow, where we acquire properties at considerably below after repair value (ARV) and stabilization value. We identify undermanaged, underperforming, un-stabilized multi-family properties in high job growth, high population growth markets, and we systematically stabilize them, increase the NOI, and asset value through renovations, management systems, and our community betterment commitment process. It is a methodical approach designed to deliver strong, long-term, returns through a transparent and repeatable process.
